This is from a collection of recipes from books I own, but which I haven't myself tried yet. However, you can have faith that at least the authors themselves have tried them, so they're not deadly or anything.
Boil brown sugar and water together. When dissolved, set aside to cool, and then add to container. Combine everything in container, adding cream base last (I don't know if it's significant, but they specify that it be done last in the book). Cover and shake until well mixed. Store in fridge for up to 1 month (more if you're more adventurous, but then you can't sue these guys - or me :-).
