Homemade Curaçao (Crosby and Kenny) Recipe

Miscellaneous Untried Recipes

This is from a collection of recipes from books I own, but which I haven't myself tried yet. However, you can have faith that at least the authors themselves have tried them, so they're not deadly or anything.

From Kitchen Cordials by Nancy Crosby and Sue Kenny:

Remove rind from orange (just like all the other recipes say, be careful not to pick up the white pith). Steep peel in bourbon for 1 months. Strain and add honey. Stand until clear. You may have to rack the clear liquid off the honey sludge at the bottom of the jar.
