Homemade Raspberry Gin (Douglas Martin) Recipe

From correspondent Douglas Martin

Mix all together and put into kilner jars (airtight) then every day for a month turn the sealed bottle over mixing in the sugar. Keep in jars for another two months turning occasionally.

At the end of the period strain through a coffee filter paper and voila - perfect raspberry gin - which is a delight to drink at Christmas, and is also a perfect rich red colour!
